Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Two to three weeks. It leaves our partner warehouse within a couple of business days and you get a tracking link the moment it ships. We build the estimate with margin, so it often lands a little sooner.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free shipping to all 50 U.S. states, included in the price you see. Nothing is added at checkout.
Where do you ship?
All 50 U.S. states. We don't currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.
How do I track my order?
Paste your tracking number on the Track Your Order page, or use the link in your shipping email.
The piece itself
Does it really arrive assembled?
Yes. One box, no tools, no instruction sheet. You unwrap it, place it, and lift the lid.
How much space do I need?
Roughly a 24″ square (60 cm wide, 75 cm tall). The chair tucks completely under the table, so the footprint doesn't change when it's not in use.
Is the mirror big enough to do makeup?
It's sized for a seated close-up — brows, eyes, lips. If you want a full head-and-shoulders reflection, you'd want a wall mirror as well.
What is it made of?
Bouclé upholstery over a solid wood frame.
Which colour should I pick?
Ivory and Warm Taupe disappear into most rooms. Clay reads warmer and works against white walls. Espresso is the one people choose when the piece should be seen rather than blend in.
Orders, returns and payment
What if it doesn't work in my space?
Send it back within 30 days and we refund you in full, return shipping included. No form to fill in — just email support@nolenhome.us. Full terms on the Returns & Refunds page.
Is there a warranty?
One year on manufacturing defects: hinges, frame and upholstery. Send us a photo and we sort it out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email support@nolenhome.us with your order number and we'll catch it if we can.
How can I pay?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the accelerated wallets shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
